He played bad boy Callum Logan from 2014, with his reign of terror ending when Kylie killed him with the blow of a wrench to the head as he was about to rape Sarah Platt.
Telly fans will recall how the Corrie star also featured in BBC drama Our Girl and the likes of The Bill, The Royal, Accused, Doctors and Casualty.
Yet things took a turn for the worse – and he has claimed “speaking out” on his views on the coronavirus pandemic were the cause.
He ended up sleeping on floors and switching up a bumper salary for one-tenth of his pay packed.
Yet his controversial opinions haven’t stopped him bagging a new job.
Sean has taken to his Instagram page to post a shot showing him in an oversized structured blue blazer and shorts, walking the runway.
He tagged the location in Paris and explained his new vocation in a lengthy caption, where he wrote: “Last night I walked my first show at Paris Fashion week as a model. I only say this because I’m not a model.
“I am an actor. I can play other people. Also as confident as I may come off on this app, I’m an introvert extravert. So last night I acted as a model!
“Thank you @louisgabrielnouchi for trusting me to bring my blue steel all the way from Manchester.
“I have been out of the limelight for quite some time and dedicated this page to many causes worth putting under the spotlight.
“However, last night I did something for myself. It was very surreal and I felt my imposter syndrome kick in. But we did it baby. We bringing seggsy back. Swipe!”
He finished off with the word “love” and a kiss.
In August of 2021, Sean was arrested during a London protest and later revealed he had struggled to get work.
He has also spoken publicly about his battle with alcohol and drugs, and the grief he felt when his grandfather passed away.
In a previous Instagram post he admitted a former suicide attempt and said: “I know deeply how lonely this can be and isolating, after trying to take my own life in 2018 after discovering the evil on this planet and no one caring.
“I decided using whatever s**tty little platform I’d built through my acting career to at least try sieve through the propaganda together and thereby sabotaging my own reasonably successful career – to go from earning 120K a year to 12K a year, sleeping on a mates mattress is actually unfathomable to most people.”
It comes after Coronation Street star Lisa George appeared to reveal a new contract– after it was claimed she quit the show.
The Sun previously exclusively revealed how the Beth Tinker actress would make a sensational departure from the ITV programme after 13 years.
Yet she sparked mystery as to her soap future with her latest picture-post.
